MODOMEC s.r.l., believes that the future of the company is aimed at pursuing the maximum protection of workers, through a structured approach that takes into account organisational, technical, economic and legal implications.

The legal implications are an important constraint both for the company and for the subjects identified by laws and regulations as responsible for possible non-compliance and damage to the environment and the continuous improvement of its performance in the field of health and safety of workers.

MODOMEC s.r.l., however, does not limit its efforts to the observance of laws and regulations, but on the contrary foresees in its policy a continuous refinement of its capacities, organisational and technical, eliminating and/or minimising, where technically possible and economically sustainable, every situation of risk deriving from its activities, with increasing effectiveness and efficiency, analysing the possibilities of improvement of the equipment and facilities available, keeping abreast of the technical-scientific updates offered by the market.

The company management is committed, by making available human, instrumental and economic resources, to pursuing the objectives of continuous improvement of workers' health and safety, as an integral part of its activities and as a strategic commitment with respect to the company's more general aims.

It also intends to define, communicate and disseminate to all personnel, to persons outside the company and who have relations with it, the objectives to be pursued in the field of accident prevention and control, for the protection of workers and the environment, in the awareness that the contribution of everyone is decisive in achieving the objectives and maintaining the company at the highest levels of health and safety protection.
